Photography Showcase: Trees and Water
Black Box Gallery is thrilled to present a juried photography exhibition exploring the beauty of Trees and Water. This exhibition invites photographers to capture these two powerful elements in creative and thought-provoking ways.
Water, with its many forms — from rivers and lakes to rain, snow, and mist — offers endless photographic potential. Trees, with their strong presence and intricate details, provide structure and balance in compositions. This exhibition encourages photographers to showcase their artistic interpretation of these natural subjects, with room for magical and poetic imagery.
The exhibition will be juried by Todd Johnson, founder and director of Black Box Gallery. Johnson has extensive experience as a curator, artist, and reviewer, with work shown in numerous galleries across the U.S. and internationally.
The show will feature 24 selected images in the gallery, with an additional 30 displayed in the online annex. All 54 selected works will be included in a published catalog available for purchase.
Photographers chosen for the exhibit will receive free printing, matting, and framing courtesy of Black Box Gallery. Artists must provide a high-resolution TIFF or JPEG file for the gallery to produce professional prints using archival materials.
