Free to enter, the competition welcomes professional photographers to submit their most creative and outstanding images, regardless of the camera used. Submissions are open now and will close on 28 February 2026.
Established in 2001, Hasselblad Masters is widely regarded as one of the most prestigious competitions in professional photography. For over 20 years, it has celebrated creative excellence while providing a global platform for both established professionals and emerging talent to share their work.
The 2026 edition of the competition will include seven categories: Landscape, Portrait, Street, Architecture, Art, Project // 21, and Wildlife. These categories span a wide range of photographic genres and creative approaches.
Photographers may submit up to three images per category and may enter multiple categories without restriction, enabling broad participation across different styles and subjects.
All submissions will be reviewed based on photographic skill, creativity, composition, conceptual strength, and technical execution. Once finalists are announced, the competition will move into a public voting phase alongside the assessment of the Hasselblad Grand Jury.
The final winners will be selected by the Hasselblad Grand Jury and will receive international recognition through one of the industry’s most esteemed awards.
