Marking its inception in 2008, the Prix pour la Photographie du musée du quai Branly – Jacques Chirac has stood as a vanguard in the promotion and advancement of contemporary photographic art. Each laureate, recognized for their outstanding contributions, is bestowed with a grant of 30,000 € (euros) net, providing a vital financial boost to bring their submitted projects to fruition.
