Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users and others who access or use the Service.

By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms then you may not access the Service.

The Service and its original content, features and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of "For Photographers Only" and its licensors.

You further acknowledge and agree that "For Photographers Only" shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with use of or reliance on any such content, goods or services available on or through any such web sites or services.

TERMINATION

 

We may terminate or suspend access to our Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity and limitations of liability.

Your use of the Service is at your sole risk. The Service is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between us regarding our Service, and supersede and replace any prior agreements we might have between us regarding the Service.

 

CHANGES

 

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will try to provide at least 15 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, please stop using the Service.

SUBMISSION TO THE "PHOTOGRAPHER OF THE MONTH"

Entrants agree that photos submitted will NOT be sold or passed to third party webites or organizations.

By entering the contest you will keep all the rights on the images submitted, altought the entrant is the only responsible for his submission.

"For Photographers Only" accepts submission only from active members of the "Photo Contests Club".

The active membership doesn't guarantee that the application will be selected and showcased on the "For Photographers Only" website and social media networks.

There is no deadline for the submission, the application is not related to the current or upcoming month and it could be selected at any time as long as the participants an active subscription to the "Photo Contests Club"

Entries will be judged by the team of "For Photographers Only", all decisions are final.

The Company reserves the right to disqualify any entry that is deemed inappropriate or does not conform to stated contest rules.

BY SUBMITTING IMAGES TO "PHOTOGRAPHER OF THE MONTH, EACH ENTRANT CONFIRMS AND WARRANTS THAT:

​

  • they are the sole author of each entry and that it is their original work;

  • they own the copyright and any other intellectual property rights of each image;

  • they have the permission of anyone pictured in the image (or, where the image shows any persons under 18, the consent of their parent/guardian) for the usage rights required by "For Photographers Only" and will indemnify "For Photographers Only" against any claims made by any third parties in respect of such infringement;

  • they have not licensed or disposed of any rights in the image that would conflict with uses to be made by "For Photographers Only".

  • they have received any necessary permissions from the owner(s) of objects including buildings included in submitted images for the usage rights required by "For Photographers Only" and will indemnify "For Photographers Only" against any claims made by any third parties in respect of such infringement.

  • "For Photographers Only" have permission to use the imagery provided across their channels channels as long as full credit is given to the image owner.

  • If you are a winner or commended photographer you will take part in and cooperate fully with reasonable publicity and to the use of your name and photograph in such publicity, for example, the publication of photograph(s) with your name in "For Photographers Only".
